Embodied Creativity Sessions are a guided, hands-on experience.
Sessions include movement, awareness practices, and creative exploration.
Let go of expectations and embrace curiosity.
From a state of presence, your art happens.
(No experience necessary. We will be using basic drawing and/or painting materials. Instructions will be provided upon registration.)
